Abstract

The purpose of this study Is to identification the role of ethnic culture in the development of sport for all. This is a qualitative study using the Grounded Theory method. The participantsin this study are experts in the field of physical education and cultural field who mainly had scientific, research and executive activities close to the desired research. Access to subjects were selected in a purposive sampling method on the basis of snowball approach after semi-structured interviews with Eighteen theoretical saturated individuals. Data were analyzed using three stages of open, axial and selective coding. Finally, were identified six major categories of common concepts in sport for all,status assessment, national solidarity of ethnic groups, ethnic sports discrimination, economic and social status of society, ethnic culture. The seven main categories of strategies lead to the development of ethnic sports; all the components of coding paradigm were described and the theory was formulated andpresented.Results can be used to complete the theoretical foundations of development of recreational sports ethnices and immigrants and the sport of each region should be developed based on social justice and full observance of the interests and characteristics of the Ethnices. It is also, recommended that grassroots sports be a promising social area for socialization and inter-ethnic solidarity in the growing  trend of an active lifestyle among all ethnic groups.
