Investigating the publication of the blurred image of the accused in the preliminary investigation stage of the crime based on the normative theory of religious media (with a focus on the national media)

Abstract

Considering the principle of confidentiality in different stages of judicial proceedings and also explaining the moral requirements of publishing the image of the accused in TV reports based on the normative theory of religious media, the degree of identification of persons in checkered pictures The statistical population of Tehran was determined with an error coefficient of about 0.1 of the sample size of 103 people and by sampling multi-stage clusters, the subjects were selected; Then, by photographing and checking the image of the sample size individuals, the level of identification of these individuals in groups of family, family, friends and neighbors was tested. The obtained data and information were analyzed using SPSS software and Pearson correlation coefficient test. The blurred image of the accused was explained on television based on the normative theory of religious media during the preliminary investigation of the crime.
