Analysis of Relationship of the First Six Centuries Critical Jurisprudents Behaviors with Social Conditions

Abstract

Science of Jurisprudence is one of the very basic and effective ones within the religious community atmosphere, which like any science has covered different periods. Attention paid to these periods and causes of their formation and change can help planners to predict, improve and strengthen and the way of expanding it at present. The effect of social changes and politico-cultural environment in production and change and transfer of one theory is of the basic components of some theories like “Fundamental methodology”. This article seeks after exploring social factors related to changes of Jurisprudence in one certain time interval through induction of jurisprudential-historical texts and usage of method of analyzing the contents. Finally, a meaningful frequency is observed among some components like “balance of power”, “political stability or instability”, “multi-voiced or mono-voiced community in respect of science” and “the political structure considering a scientifically certain approach” with some scientific approaches including “rationalism” or “literalism” and some behaviors of standard jurisprudents including “migration” and “discourse interaction with rival schools”.
