Such people are role models, and beacons for travelers. The main question of the author is why a person, by what means, by what means, by what process and with what purpose, reaches the position of "becoming a school" and "becoming a role model". In order to answer the above questions, assuming that the Qur'an is the explanation of everything, we presented the subject of school building to the Qur'an using the method of interpretation of Martyr Sadr. The thematic interpretation requires the analysis of the phenomenon into its components and the presentation of minor questions to the Qur'an. Thus, inspired by the four Aristotelian causes, the school-building phenomenon was analyzed into four components (actual cause, material cause, formal cause and ultimate cause) and each was presented in the text. The results of research show that the material cause of human beings is the model and school-builder of the concept of "goodness" containing faith and righteous deeds. The formal cause is to guide others as a beacon along the path of "good life". The ultimate cause has two stages. The ultimate reason is to reach the Divine Pleasure and enter the "Paradise of Bliss". The average cause of fame and popularity is to guide others. The actual cause is the actor himself, who becomes a role model along the way. Martyr Qassem Soleimani is a perfect example of a school-building man برخی از انسان‌ها با تلاش مستمر خودشان با طی مراحل امتحانات الهی به مقام والای مکتب‌‌سازی می‌رسند. چنین افرادی اسوه، الگوی دیگران و چراغ راهنمای ره‌جویان هستند. سؤال اصلی نویسنده این است که یک شخص، به چه دلیل، با چه ابزاری، با طی چه فرایندی و با چه هدفی، به مقام «مکتب‌‌سازی» و «اسوه شدن» می‌رسد. در راستای پاسخ‌دهی به سؤالات مذکور، با این پیش‌فرض که قرآن تبیان همه‌چیز است، موضوع مکتب‌‌سازی را با بهره‌گیری از روش تفسیر شهید صدر، به قرآن عرضه کردیم. مقتضای تفسیر موضوعی تحلیل پدیده به مؤلفه‌ها و عرضه سؤالات جزئی به قرآن است. بدین‌جهت، با الهام از علل اربعه ارسطویی، پدیده مکتب‌‌سازی به چهار مؤلفه (علت فاعلی، علت مادی، علت صوری و علت غایی) تحلیل و هرکدام به متن عرضه شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد علت مادی انسان اسوه و مکتب‌‌ساز مفهوم «برّ» حاوی ایمان و عمل صالح است. علت صوری، طی مسیر «حیات طیبه» در جهت راهنمایی دیگران به‌عنوان چراغ هدایت است. علت غایی دو مرحله دارد. علت غایی نهایی رسیدن به رضوان الهی و وارد شدن به «جنت النعیم» است. علت متوسط آوازه و محبوبیت در جهت هدایت دیگران است. علت فاعلی خود کنشگر است که با طی مسیر به مقام اسوگی می‌رسد. شهید قاسم سلیمانی یک نمونه مثالی و مصداق کامل از انسان مکتب‌‌ساز است. https://gnoe.bou.ac.ir/article_72887_7fe0149b3c70847095dfe5723cc32993.pdf
